3) Are mobile handsets sold on Audiocom Direct Networked Locked?
Outright Mobile Handsets with the exception of Pre-Paid handsets* sold on Audiocom Direct are not Network locked.
All mobile handsets can be used on all Australian Mobile Networks with any Australian Sim Card.
* Telstra Pre-paid Phone bundles are network locked to Telstra, an unlocking fee is payable to Telstra to unlock these handsets. Customers will need to contact Telstra Pre-Paid Customer Service on 125 8880 for more details.

4) What happens if I change my mind or don't want the product I purchased?
Please choose carefully as Audiocom Direct do not simply refund if you have made an incorrect choice or do not want the item anymore.

5) What happens if the product I purchased is faulty?
Audiocom Direct will gladly exchange or provide a credit note within 14 days if the product has been wrongly described or is faulty (we will send you a return post bag if this is the case).
Products returned to Audiocom Direct will be happily received providing they are in their original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale.
Customers returning products not in original packing or in a suitable condition for resale will receive a credit note for the website.
Original shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.

6) Where can I take my products for warranty & repair?
All products purchased on Audiocom Direct have an Australian manufactures warranty.
All warranty information is sent with items purchased and customers should refer warranty claims to the appropriate warranty/repair centres for their city/state.
Simply contact the repair agent in your manufacturer's warranty instructions.
Please retain your Tax Invoice for any warranty claim on the product(s) purchased.
International customers please note that all items purchased on this website come with an Australian manufactures warranty only.

7) How does Audiocom Direct accept payments?
Online credit card orders are processed in real time via our secure Internet Payment Gateway (PayPal) in Australian Currency.
PayPal offers both convenience and security in online transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase on Audiocom Direct.
Purchases can be made by use of an approved credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and Direct Deposit via PayPal.
We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Please contact us for more details at info@audiocom.com.au
Audiocom Direct reserves the right to check customer's credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the customer's credit card will be refunded. Please note we will need the credit card information for the refund to proceed.

8) What are the details for bank deposit payments?
Bank details will be given during checkout, simply follow the bank deposit instructions.

9) When will my order be dispatched?
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24hrs with the exception of Direct Deposit orders, which will be dispatched once payment has been verified (this can take up to 3 working days or longer if purchased on weekends).
Some items may take up to 72 hours to be dispatched this will be clearly stated during the purchasing process.
All customers receive a confirmation email advising them of when their order is dispatched.

10) Do I receive a Tax Invoice?
All successful online orders will receive an immediate transaction receipt number and a confirmation via email to keep as a record.
A Tax Invoice is delivered with your goods.Please retain your Tax Invoice for any warranty claim on the product(s) purchased.

All prices on our website include 10% GST in the advertised price.

12) Why can't I use an eGift Certificate purchased on the website in an Audiocom retail outlet?
The Audiocom Direct website is a licensed subsidiary of Audiocom Pty Ltd meaning all purchases made via the website are not in conjunction with any Audiocom retail outlet.
